More Blessed To Give

Your Price: $20.00

This CHRISTMAS sketch is our most popular holiday script. It is for mostly child actors. There are eleven children who are gathering to give their Sunday School teacher her Christmas presents. They decide to open them and see what everyone is getting her and one little girl is embarrassed because her gift is home-made. She is rediculed for being poor and making something so mediocre. The teacher shows up and teaches them about the first gifts and having the right giving attitude. She asks them about the very first gift that started it all, the gift of God's Son bringing the gift of eternal life. A happy ending with the poor girl's gift being praised by the teacher, and the mean child does a turn-around and makes a drastic change.

About 15-20 minutes in length. Easy to add or delete characters. (11 children, one adult)

What's Your Problem?

Your Price: $5.00

This is a short puppet sketch that can also be done as a straight skit with actors.  The characters are disabled.  One is in a wheelchair and one has leg braces.    In the story, the girl in the wheelchair has cerebral palsy and tells jokes and encourages the girl with braces to celebrate her disability.   But they also get real and talk about how even though she has an upbeat attitude, she still has her difficult moments and being with others and talking seems to help.  This may be hard to portray with puppets if you can't come up with the props.   The props could be out of sight and just talked about.   This could work easier as a skit with two girls.   Boys could be used also if you change some of the lines.

2 actors.   About 5 mins
Jesus Freaks

Your Price: $15.00

This is a short play about time travel. A bunch of young kids get to do some time travel to go back and meet some real "Jesus Freaks" from history. They quickly travel back to meet the 12 disciples, Martin Luther, George Muller, Hudson Taylor, Corrie ten Boom, Mother Teresa, and Billy Graham. The gospel is presented briefly.

5 kids and 13 adult characters (could all be played by kids) (13-16 males and 4-5 females) lots of extras. 20-22 mins.

The Mystery In The Attic

Your Price: $15.00

This skit takes place at Christmas, but the subject really has very little to do with Christmas.  It could be used at any time.  Rachel and Angela are sisters staying at their grandparents and they decide to explore the attic.  They find an old trunk full of things that seemed to belong to their great-grandfather.  As they begin to read newspaper clippings, they find out that he was arrested for murder back in 1939, while in college.  This becomes a mystery that they are determined to solve and little brother, Jake joins them as they uncover the story of how their great-grandfather found the Lord while in jail waiting for his trial.  What sounded bad at first, turned into something that would change the spirituality of their entire family forever!

3 children (2 girls and 1 boy, but could be easily altered)  About 15-17 minutes.
